I keep the books, so you can run the organization.

For non-profits and churches: books your board can trust

What’s included

Fund tracking

Restricted and unrestricted funds tracked separately (the building fund, a memorial gift, a designated offering) so you always know what’s actually available to spend.

Board-ready financial statements

Monthly statements a board member without an accounting background can read and act on.

Donor records and giving statements

Contributions recorded accurately through the year, with statements that go out on time and the acknowledgment language your givers need.

For small businesses: bookkeeping that keeps up with you

What’s included

Transactions categorized, accounts reconciled

All your monthly transactions categorized into the proper accounts and then reconciled to your bank and credit card statements.

Monthly financial statements

Customized statements that are easy to read, interpret, and apply to running your organization.

Year-end close

Books closed at the end of the year, clean and ready for tax time.

QuickBooks services

What I offer

QuickBooks Setup and Training

I offer initial QuickBooks file setup for new businesses, including creating your Chart of Accounts and a one-hour training session to show you how to manage the basics. Once your organization grows and needs an outside bookkeeper, I’d be happy to take over.

QuickBooks Cleanup

If your QuickBooks file needs cleanup for any reason, I charge a reasonable hourly rate to get things back to where they need to be.

Ready to hand off the books?

Tell me about your organization and what kind of help you need, and let’s figure out where to start.
